At Sewing Sisters, we take pride in creating handmade and custom bridal embroidery accessories with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are personalized or made-to-order, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns
Due to the customized and handmade nature of our products, most personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, we may accept returns for:
Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect items received
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused and in its original condition
Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be required
Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom embroidered products
Bridal accessories made to order
Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

Because custom orders often begin production quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
After production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
